ch666 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use ch666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ch666 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will verify age during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures are not eligible to hold a ch666 player account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are solely responsible for ensuring your registration information remains accurate and up to date.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition on participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the location from which you are accessing ch666.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, consultant, or close family member of any employee or agent of ch666 or any of its partner companies or game providers.

ch666 performs identity verification checks (KYC) on all accounts. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ch666 as part of the KYC process, including a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ch666 may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

The following rules govern all financial transactions on ch666:

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ch666, although your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own daily limits. ch666 is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party payment provider limits.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under your verified account name. ch666 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud.
• KYC-verified accounts in good standing have withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad processed within approximately 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Non-verified or flagged accounts may experience longer processing times or may be subject to a manual review period.
• ch666 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or responsible gaming assessments. These checks are carried out in compliance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices.
• Deposits made by any method must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that deposit amount may be processed. This is a standard anti-abuse requirement and applies regardless of whether the deposit is associated with a bonus offer.

ch666 is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any Bangladeshi bank. Technical outages at payment providers are outside ch666's control. In the event of a payment provider outage, ch666 will communicate status updates and alternative options as soon as reasonably practicable.

All games available on ch666 use independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology supplied by ch666's game provider partners. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced or predicted. The following rules govern gameplay on ch666:

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, ch666 reserves the right to void the affected round and reverse the erroneous payout. ch666 will notify affected players and, where applicable, credit any amounts lost due to a confirmed platform error.
• All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports betting market, ch666's determination shall be final.
• Players may not use any software, automated system, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with ch666 games or sports betting markets. Use of such tools constitutes cheating and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Players are not permitted to place bets on behalf of another player or to act as an agent for any third party in placing bets on ch666. All bets must be placed by the registered account holder for their own personal use and entertainment only.

ch666 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) rates for all slot and RNG-based casino games. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return percentage and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager. Live casino game RTPs are determined by the game rules of each individual table variant as supplied by the game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ch666. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use ch666 as a vehicle for converting illegally obtained funds into legitimate currency. ch666 cooperates with all relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required by applicable regulations.
• Collusion between players, including but not limited to sharing information about live dealer hands, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or acting together to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of any software exploit, vulnerability, glitch, or undocumented feature of the ch666 platform or any game to obtain an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to the use of bots, macros, or any form of automated play.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, including using another person's identity documents, providing a false date of birth, or using a mobile number registered in another person's name.
• Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at ch666 staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel including live chat support.

ch666 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Players whose accounts are flagged by these systems will be subject to a manual review. During a manual review, withdrawal processing may be paused. ch666 will notify the affected player of the review by the contact details provided at registration.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch666's liability to you is limited as follows:

• ch666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ch666 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ch666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ch666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any losses or damages (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ch666 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ch666 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. ch666 will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of platform unavailability, provided that ch666 takes reasonable steps to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance.

ch666 may amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. The revised T&C will be published on this page with the updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a player, ch666 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. Your continued use of the ch666 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to the revised T&C, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. ch666 recommends that you review these T&C periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the platform.
